The garfish (Belone belone) is an interesting fish often living around Mackerel shoals. Its long Eel like body with a long beak make them tricky to catch. The other unusual fact about this fish is the flesh is GREEN! Often caught with Mackerel but this fish can provide outstanding sport on LRF (light Rock Fishing) gear and fly fishing tackle.

A real hot mark and great for beginners. Summer months see Bass, Garfish, Mackerel, Plaice, Mullet and Trigger fish. In winter it offers Whiting, Dabs, Flounder, Codling, and Dogfish.
