Mullion Cove is in South West Cornwall on the Lizard peninnsiular.
Head from Helston towards Lizard Village and Mullion is about 7 miles on the right, its well signed. Drive thought the village of Mullion, and follow the signs for Mullion Cove.
You will need to park up and walk the last bit to the Harbour.
Before I say anymore, please be careful, if there is any chance of high seas stay away! Sadly people have lost their lives when seas have swept them off the wall.
OK, the fishing here can be good. The island just off the harbour wall holds Pollock that fall to worm and lures. This works best when its not flat calm.
During the evening conger and dog fish will fall to fish baits, but I have all ways found that a good cast is required, at least 70 yards.
Bass are caught here, use no lights and fish hard if you want one. Its not the best Bass fishing mark in the area.
At high tide in darkness reasonable Pollock can be caught close to the harbour wall on worm baits.
During the summer its hard to fish at day time due to the amount of site seers.

This is the cove I grew up fishing. Early summer mornings used to produce good sized mullet on mackerel strip. Late evening produced coley and pollock on eel, with occasional dogs and flatties.
