Ultra braid is the most advanced super braid available. Its produced from Gel-spun polyethylene fibres which creates an ultra smooth round braid, which has the added bonus of a smaller diameter, longer life and superior knot strength. This product is available in Moss Green and HI vis Yellow.
Braid allows far better bite detection and contact with your end gear or lure. It also is effected less by wind and tide keeping bait hard to the bottom and allows for longer more accurate casts when applied to beach casting.

I read this article about trout fishing and I really enjoyed it and thought it would be worth sharing with you all.

My story of catching this lovely trout probably started a few nights before. Probably when I realised that I had run out of olive klinks or even tiny cdc patterns. I then spend a couple of hours tying up a few patterns that I think I will need.
I get to the river and spot him rising, I then think about the best way to actually target him, knowing that if I get to close or come into his “window” I will spook him and the chance is lost…….
