You should try and get one on a fly rod for some real sport.Taking the lure in the dark just showes what fantastic predators they are, glad I am not a Sand eel!!!! I tried a starlight above the bait,it seemed to make no difference with my catch rate with or without the starlight,which proves how well mackerel/pollock can see in deep water in the dark with no moon.
