Here is a simple way to cook Bass and Bream that has my mouth watering just writing it.
Blend soy sauce, sesame oil, smashed garlic, shredded spring onions, chopped red and green chillies to taste, lemon juice and grated ginger (fresh), you can add a touch of sugar or honey.
Place the fillets of Bass or Bream into the marinade and place in the fridge for a few hours. Wrap in banana leaves or tin foil (foil!) and BBQ for 10 mins approx until cooked
