I have recently bought a malibu II and have had a fantastic time with it along with the kids. Would like to adapt for fishing and would be interested where you suituated your fishing rod holders etc. i would like to have two flush mounted holders behind the rear seat position, either side on the upper lip area rather than situated in the far back well area....what do you think?
Also, will fitting a screw in hatch in the center where the moulding plug is situated, cause any weakness to the structure of the yak?

Regards

I recently bought a disco and about to rig it for fishing. Keeping it simple though. No kitchen sinks for me though some electronics might not be so bad. Small gps and depthfinder.

Would you get a disco again? You seem to like the malibu a lot.

Need to get something for my girlfriend.
