I promised when I was writing about my recent kayak fishing trip that I would show you what happens when you show off and don’t stow your rods when landing your kayak. Well here goes, they are not the best pictures but you can see clearly the rod is now 8 inches shorter!!

I have to admit I am surprised to see an article on how to make your butt look smaller, I thought I’d logged onto weight watchers website for a second until I actually read the article.
