		<description>hello, i am a keen sea angler an have been since the age of 6, i fish at my local harbour in hayle, i have pulled out some nice gilthead bream, bass and wrasse, i have seen other anglers target flounder including my mate who i always go with catch them, iv tried all types of rigs and baits such as rag an lug peelers ect.. but i just cant hook one hayle harbour is a great place to catch them but still no joy, any tips on how i could improve my tactics?</description>
